Staying Safe In The Heat

It’s pretty warm out there at the moment so if you’re out running, especially on trails, then it’s important to follow these safe safety tips to maximise your safety!

Drink a bit more water.

Maybe try to run at the cooler times of day eg. morning or evenings.


Warm Runner

If you’re out for a long run (whatever you consider a long run to be) then probably take some water with you and put a little bit of sun cream on. Honestly it’s ridiculous that you need to even be told this.

Or just go to the gym or something.
