Alternative Pancake Recipes

Try these different pancakes to give your muscles a kick on Pancake Day! Simply whisk them all up, stick them in a frying pan and enjoy!


Protein Pancake Mix

1 Egg
1 scoop Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
4 tbsp Oat Flour
1 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon

Pure Protein Pancakes

1/4 cup Raw Oats
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
1/2 scoop Protein Powder
1/2 cup Egg Whites


2-Ingredient Pancakes

2 Eggs
1 Small Ripe Banana

Berry Pancakes

3/4 scoop Strawberry Protein Powder
1/4 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Oats
1 tbsp Usweetened Amond Mlk
4 Eggs


Quinoa Pancakes (for the pro)

2 Eggs
2 Cups Almond Milk
1½ tsp Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
2½ cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 Cup Quinoa, cooked
